Teamwork made simple

Everyone knows what needs to happen next.

Give your family, friends, or organizing team clear responsibilities and one place to follow the plan.

Clear responsibility

Assign tasks to your project members, set deadlines, and see what needs attention.

A shared activity history

Follow successful changes in your private workspace, with a record of who changed what.

Two simple roles

Organizers invite co-organizers and Managers by email. Both can manage ordinary details without approval.

Everything in one place

A little more clarity. A lot less coordination.

Schedules for every occasion

Keep dates, times, and venues together for a dinner, ceremony, brunch, or any occasion inside your event project.

Your schedule, your way

Tasks with clear ownership

Assign responsibilities, set optional deadlines, and track Pending, In progress, and Completed tasks in your private workspace.

Plan together without approval steps

Simple household invitations

Invite a primary contact to selected occasions. They can respond without an account and add the number of companions joining them.

One contact + additional attendees

Vendors and recorded expenses

Keep vendor details and multiple expense entries in one place, with clear totals in your chosen project currency.

A private expense record

On the roadmap: private photo galleries and QR photo links, YouTube livestreams, and vendor discovery.

Guest-first design

An invitation they can open.
An RSVP they can finish.

Send one personal link to a household contact. They respond to the occasions you selected and tell you how many additional people are joining them.

  • No guest account or app download
  • A separate response for each invited occasion
  • Additional attendees, without an approval step
One contact. One personal link.

Only their invitation and their responses. Your planning workspace stays private.

A counting example, not a live RSVP. No companion names or attendee cap.

Thoughtful sharing

Share the celebration. Keep the planning private.

A welcoming first page, a private place to plan, and just the information your guests need.

A public first look

Anyone can learn about PlanMaidan. This page contains product information and illustrations, never a customer's planning records.

A private workspace

Your schedules, tasks, contacts, expenses, and activity are for current members of that exact project.

A published event website

Anyone with its public URL can see the event details and schedules you publish. Tasks, RSVP totals, and expenses stay private.

Personal guest invitations

Each valid invitation link opens only its own RSVP. It does not grant access to other contacts or the planning workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Is PlanMaidan only for weddings?

No. Plan weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, community celebrations, and other events. Each celebration has its own project, schedule, members, and private planning records.

What will I see after signing in?

My Events will list projects you created and projects you joined through an accepted Organizer or Manager invitation. Find upcoming, ongoing, and past events, then select one to open its private workspace. Signing in alone never grants access to someone else's project.

How do Organizers and Managers work together?

The project creator becomes its first Organizer. Organizers invite co-organizers or Managers by email; invitees join using the matching verified account. Both roles manage ordinary details without approval, but only Organizers manage collaborator membership.

Do guests need to sign in to RSVP?

No. A household contact opens their personal invitation link and responds to each selected occasion. An attending contact with three additional people counts as four attendees for that occasion. There is no companion-name requirement or approval step.

Can visitors see our tasks or expenses?

No. Those belong to the private member workspace. A published event website shows only the approved event details and schedules. Guest invitation links grant access only to their own invitation and responses.

What happens after an event is over?

Earlier projects remain in your account until deliberately deleted. Past events and Inactive status are different: an Inactive project is read-only until reactivated, while a past date does not automatically delete or inactivate it.

Can I create a saved event today?

Event creation and saved projects are the next milestone. Member sign-in is available when enabled by this deployment; you can also explore the separate fictional demo.
